Monthly membership rates will increase and the event/therapy discount will shift from 20% to 10%. All other benefits will remain the same.

Designed for students who want deeper support, the Sanctuary Therapeutic Membership combines unlimited yoga classes with one private Yoga Therapy or Ayurvedic session each month.

This membership is especially supportive for those navigating stress, chronic tension, chronic pain, sleep disruption, digestive challenges, injury recovery, or nervous system overwhelm. In your private sessions, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening in your body and create personalized practices and lifestyle strategies to support healing and resilience.

Your session may include therapeutic movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and Ayurvedic guidance tailored to your needs.

It’s an ideal option for those who want the benefits of regular yoga practice along with individualized support to address the root of what’s going on in the body and nervous system.
