She Who Nurtures: An Evening of Embodiment, Ritual, and Remembering Joy

She Who Nurtures is a thoughtfully designed evening of embodiment and ritual, created for women at every stage of life who are ready to soften self-judgment, loosen feelings of guilt or “not enough,” and reconnect with themselves in a more direct way.

Under the Flower Moon, we’ll move through the evening in a grounded, intentional way, beginning with guided, therapeutic yoga to support the nervous system and bring you back into clearer contact with your body. Working from the ground up, the practice focuses on how you’re holding and using effort, where there’s tension, where you may be pushing through, and what begins to shift as that softens.

We’ll layer in padabhyanga (Ayurvedic self-foot massage) with warm oil and rose + lavender towels, an intentional practice to downshift the nervous system, draw awareness into the body, and create a felt sense of being supported rather than holding everything on your own. This becomes a bridge between the physical practice and the deeper internal work.

From there, the experience opens into guided visualization and reflective ritual, using the Flower Moon as a framework for releasing what you’ve been carrying, especially the thoughts and patterns tied to guilt or “not enough”, and clarifying what you want to move forward with. The intention isn’t to force change, but to create the conditions for something more honest and sustainable to take shape.

We’ll close the evening in a more connected, grounded way, sharing mocktails and conversation while creating a personal Joy Box. This becomes a tangible way to anchor what you experienced, and a space to connect with other women across different stages of caregiving, recognizing yourself in what’s shared and remembering you’re not the only one carrying what you carry. The Joy Box gives you something to return to when familiar patterns start to take over again.

Limited to 12 participants.
