This relaxed, conversational talk explores the transition from winter to spring through the lens of yoga and Ayurveda. We’ll look at why energy, digestion, and mood can feel heavier during Kapha season, and share simple, practical ways to support your body through food, movement, and lifestyle as the seasons change. No prior experience with yoga or Ayurveda is needed just curiosity and a willingness to tune in. Kapha balancing tea will be provided.
