Root + Rise is a 4-week integrative program designed to gently support your nervous system through the combined wisdom of Polyvagal Theory, yoga, and Ayurveda. Together, we’ll explore how to move from survival mode into a state of connection, regulation, and inner steadiness.

Each session weaves educational insights with experiential practices to help you not only understand your nervous system but begin to truly feel and support it. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of how to listen to your body’s cues, create conditions for safety, and build a foundation for long-term resilience.

Refund Policy: Our series are kept small for personal attention and a supportive group experience. If your plans change, you can request a refund up to 72 hours before the start date. After that, we’re not able to offer refunds, but you’re welcome to receive a credit toward classes or a future event.
