You’ll explore standing sequences, balance poses, and smooth transitions that develop strength, endurance, and inner stability — always with attention to form, breath, and safety.
The pace is steady but intentional, inviting you to experience strength as an extension of awareness rather than effort.
Please note: Students should have a basic familiarity with yoga postures, be comfortable bearing weight through the hands, and move safely between floor and standing positions.
